Terms

1. The service

TopRank is a ranking and visitor counter service for Georgian websites. The service is free and provided “as is”.

2. Account and sites

The information in your account must be accurate. By adding a site you confirm that it belongs to you or that you are authorized to manage it. You are responsible for the security of your account.

3. Prohibited conduct

It is forbidden to inflate statistics artificially (bots, proxy flooding, forged requests) or to add sites with illegal, abusive or deceptive content. Violations may lead to removal from the ranking or a suspended account without notice.

4. The ranking

Positions are determined by counter data. We reserve the right to filter suspicious traffic and to change the ranking rules.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided without warranties; we are not liable for possible inaccuracies in statistics, interruptions or data loss.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated terms.
